Happy 2 months Andrew!

I can hardly believe that Andrew is 2 months old today!  He's such a joy to have in our family.  He's looking around more and more each day.  He's started to coo, and smile.  He's working on holding his head up and controling where he wants it to go.  He's eating like a champ and gaining weight.  We go in tomorrow for his 2 month wellness check and the first round of shots.  I'll let you know later what his stats are...I already know he's healthy just from looking at him!

Letters

Asher's been into letters recently.  Our backyard neighbor gave us an alphabet puzzle shortly after Asher was born.  It's simple, made of wood, and has been the toy most played with at our house recently.  We haven't really pushed him to learn his letters but for some reason, it's all he wants to do.  I started to notice he was learning letters when he started pointing out "I" and "O"  So, we started asking him about other letters. Soon he knew M, R, A, E.  Now he recognizes almost every letter.  He still can't say them all, but some letters like B and S, he just makes the sound that they make.  Hearing him say "Q" is so cute.  We sing the alphabet song alot, but he still wont sing with us, hopefully soon.  It's so fun to see him learning so many new things!
