I think I'm beginning to catch onto how this whole parent thing works. I may be slow at processing it, but hey, God's had a lot of work to do on my heart. There are moments that Asher and I have that seem to make all of the sleepless nights fade away. We got his "official" one month pictures taken, which I think, means we are now obligated to keep him. I'd have a hard time giving him up at this point.

That picture with your rings literally brought me to tears!! Motherhood is more of an adjustment than I ever imagined, but you're right - you just have to remind yourself to enjoy THIS moment, because it will go so fast. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you on the sleep schedule...it's amazing how different 5-6 hours feels compared to 2-3 hour stretches!
